when replicating with my assistant, I get that there are replication errors,
but when I try to open the conflicts table, I get that there are "no conflict
tables"

You'll have to look at the tables directly.

You'll have to look at the tables directly. The conflict tables are
called BaseTable_Conflicts, where "BaseTable" is the name of the
table that has the conflict, but I think they are hidden, so if you
do not have system/hidden tables set to show, you will not see them.
You'll also want to look at MSysConflicts, which lists the conflicts
(the individual BaseTable_Conflicts store the actual data for the
losing records).
