DataBase - GP 9 SP2 tp GP 10 SP3

I am doing an update from GP 9 SP2 to GP 10 SP3. I get to the point where it
is updating the DYNAMICS system tables and I click the Update Button, I get
the usual screen where the tables get updated but the NEXT button stays
dim(greyed out) and I cannot continue. Has anyone seen this before?

Apparently there is a bug with GP 10 SP3. I uninstalled GP 10 SP3 and just
did the install from the CD. This time the upgrade proceeded normally. Just
another example of do not always use the latest and greatest.
