Hello Barry, here are the instructions for submitting questions related to the products that you are having some issues with.

For IBM DB2 products you will need to send an email to askdata@ca.ibm.com to engage with the DB2 technical team.

For the Mashup Center product, please submit a request to the IBM VIC technical support group. Please note that this is "Best Effort Support".

Using the IBM Virtual Innovation Center (VIC) Technical support

1) Go to the VIC Website
2) In center of the page, click the link titled "Sign in to the IBM Virtual Innovation Center"
3) You will then have to enter your PartnerWorld user ID and password
4) Upon successful logon, you should be at the IBM Virtual innovation Center home page
5) In the upper right hand corner, there is a box titled "We're here to help", this is our technical support
6) Online tech chat: chat real time with our technical mentors. Choose the language of choice and the IBM software product.
7) Email support - with this option, you can send an email to our technical group


The following Support option is the Fee based offering that we discussed.

IBM System i, System p, and System z operating systems and technologies.
