This Web Site will provide faciltiies to recommend their Local Favourites.
These can be any kind of service, including Accountants, Dentists, Plumbers, Restaurants and so on.
The intention is to povide a source of advice, like Trip Advisor, but providing advice on any kind of local service or facility.
People must register with the Site to make Recommendations and they will be stored in the 'Registered Users' Table,
The intial plan is to provide a simplified version of the facilities offered on the
LocalMole Web Site

The development will be in three phases :-
1) Basic, as shown on this Draft Home Page.
2) Maybe add Tabs as used in LocalMOle
3. Add additional functionality to make the Site more comprehensive and more User-Friendly.
